Hi! I’m Oswin Colley—a second year student at the University of Alabama pursuing a Bachelor’s in News Media with a concentration in Sports Media and a minor in Digital, Public, and Professional Writing.

    Over the past four years, I’ve worked across tech, media, and design as a technical director, social media manager, graphic designer, and sports photographer. I fell in love with storytelling during high school, where I spent my time as a senior intern for my school’s news program, a technical director for the school system, and an AHSAA photographer for 7A football. In my senior year, I was honored to be named Alabama Journalist of the Year by the Alabama Scholastic Press Association, which solidified my commitment to journalism.

     Right now, I’m building my portfolio in photojournalism and sports media as the Assistant Photo Editor for The Crimson White and the Creative and Photo Editor for Druid Magazine, aiming to pursue a career as a political photojournalist.
